A survey of business executives by IDG Research Services found that 41 percent had delayed or abandoned IT modernization initiatives within the last year. The top reasons included: competing priorities, lack of a clear roadmap/strategy, data privacy/security concerns, lack of skills/expertise or lack of budget.
