Mizuho Information & Research Institute, Inc. (MHIR) is the in-house IT strategy and consulting business company for The Mizuho Group, one of Japan’s three major megabanks. To develop applications in response to the fast-paced financial market, Mizuho created a private cloud infrastructure to consolidate its large, complex system footprint.
